体外循环下心房粘液瘤切除13例围术期护理体会

Experience of nursing care in the perioperative period of surgical operation on atrial myxoma under extracorporeal circulation in 13 cases.

目的:探讨体外循环下心房粘液瘤的护理配合方法。方法:总结13例体外循环下心房粘液瘤患者切除术的术前、术中、术后全程配合护理经验。结果:术后并发心律失常3例,脑栓塞1例,经积极治疗,均康复出院。结论:体外循环下心房粘液瘤手术过程中给予积极护理配合,可促进手术顺利进行,降低术后并发症的发生,利于患者早期康复。

Objective： To explore nursing cooperation in the surgical operation on atrial myxoma under extracorporeal circulation. Methods： Sum - up was made on the experience of nursing cooperation in the whole course of surgical operation on atrial myxoma under extracorporeal circulation, including preoperative; inoperative and postoperative nursing cooperation. Results ： Arrhythmia occurred in 3 cases, cerebral embolism in 1 case. All of the patients were discharged from hospital after proper treatment. Conclusion： Positive nursing cooperation can reduce the incidence of postoperative complication and promote patients restoration as well as ensure the operation performed smoothly.
