摘要
笔者在常用的几种海水单胞藻的生产性培养中,进行了自然光、温条件下添加NaHCO3以增加光合作用碳源的试验。结果表明:在其它生长条件适宜的情况下,添加NaHCO3后,几种单胞藻日平均生长率均高于空白对照组,添加量以200~400mg/L为宜,并给出了密度和生长率与培养天数及NaHCO3初始浓度关系的回归方程。
Effect of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO 3) on the productive culture of several species of marine unicellular algae including Nitzschia closterium f. minutissima (W. smith) Allen & Nelen, Isochrysis galbana parke OA 3011 and Chlorella spp. was examined under natural light and room temperature from the 14 th to the 20 th of may in 1996. The results indicated that the daily growth rate of the algae was significantly higher in the treatment groups than that in the control groups. The optimum additive concentration of NaHCO 3 varies from 200 mg/L to 400 mg/L. The regression equations of the concentration and growth rates of algae with culture period (days) and initial concentrations of NaHCO 3 is provided.
