影响疼痛科住院患者疾病诊断的多因素分析

Factors influencing disease diagnosis among inpatients in pain department

目的通过对疼痛科住院患者资料的回顾性分析来研究影响疾病诊断的因素。方法分析2003年2月-2005年8月我院疼痛科住院患者病历资料,病例组为入出院诊断不符合组,对照组为入出院诊断符合组。记录每例住院患者相关资料并纳入多变量Logistic回归模型进行统计分析。结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示影响疾病诊断因素有5个:他科转入患者、神经性疼痛、肿瘤、其他种类疾病及合并3种以上疾病。结论他科转入患者、神经性疼痛、肿瘤、合并3种以上疾病及其他种类疾病5种因素是疾病诊断的影响因素。

Objective To determine the influencing factors for disease diagnosis through the retrospective analysis on the case history data among the inpatients in the pain ward. Methods The design adopted the case-control study. The studied mate- rials were case history data from the inpatients in the pain department from February 2003 to August 2005. The case group consis- ted of the patients whose admission diagnosis and discharge diagnosis were different, and the control group consisted of the patients whose admission diagnosis and discharge diagnosis were the same. The case history data were recorded from each of the inpatients and the multivariate logistic regression model was adopted. Results The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that there were 5 influencing factors for disease diagnosis： referral from other departments, neuralgia, tumor, other kinds of diseases, and combination of more than 3 kinds of diseases. Conclusion Five factors can influence disease diagnosis for the inpatients tor- tured with pain, which are referral from other departments, neuralgia, tumor, other kinds of diseases, and combination of more than three kinds of diseases.
