摘要
和谐社会是一个整体优化的社会系统,是人与人、人与社会、人与自然和谐发展的体系。从系统与环境关系的视角,生态良好的自然环境、安定有序的社会环境、和睦共赢的国际环境是我国构建社会主义和谐社会的前提和基础。
The harmonious society is an integrity optimization social system , which include developing har- moniously between person and person, individuals and society, human being and nature. Good natural environ- ment, stabile and orderly social environment, harmonious and mutual beneficial international environment is the premise and the foundation for our country to construct socialistic harmonious society by means of system theory.
