目前,大多数普通高校开设了体育舞蹈选修课,影响体育舞蹈课堂学习效果的因素很多,其中,单个教师授课与男女比例失调是两个重要原因。本文详细讲解了对策——单体教学法,对单体教学法在普通高校体育舞蹈课中的运用进行了深入研究,并给出一些可行的建议。

Physical dance are taught in most colleges now. There are many aspects affect on the performance, among which teaching by one teacher and the losing balance inboth sexes are two important causes. We explicate the single - body teaching method in physical dance, then we dig into the implement of this method. In the end, we give some suggestions to optimize the performance in teaching physical dance.
