摘要
激励的有效性取决于激励目标与激励手段对人的"激励匹配"的程度。民营企业在对职业经理人进行激励时,必须准确把握职业经理人的需求特征,制定出能够满足实际需求的激励措施,从而提高职业经理人的工作积极性和热情,促进民营企业不断发展壮大。
Levels and the encouragement effect depends upon the degree of "Encouragement Match" between the target and measures. The private -owned enterprise must have an accurate demand over the features of the professional managers before encouraging them and accordingly, and encouragement measures can be carried out to satisfy their actual demands. Consequently, their positivity and passion for work are improved, which helps develop the enterprises unceasingly.
