领导——成员交换对员工工作满意度的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文研究探讨了"领导——成员交换对员工工作满意度"的影响。采用分层回归分析法对公共管理部门的公务员的问卷调查结果进行了分析,结果表明"领导——成员交换对员工的工作满意度"具有显著的预测作用。
