摘要
利用全自动激光粒度分析仪,对无水乙醇作为分散剂的纳米羟基磷灰石微粒的团聚过程及规律进行了研究,对纳米颗粒团聚时产生的双峰分布现象进行了研究。研究表明,纳米颗粒自身结构是纳米颗粒团聚时出现双峰现象的根本原因,纳米颗粒悬浊液中所存在的一定程度的能量起伏、质量起伏和Brown运动及热运动是产生双峰现象的重要条件;在纳米颗粒团聚过程中存在软团聚和硬团聚2种团聚形式。
The agglomerating rules of nano-size hydroxyapatite panicles dispersing in alcohol were researched by automatic laser particles tester. The phenomenon of hi-peak distributing curve during nano-size panicles agglomeration was analyzed. Result shows that the structure of nano-size panicle is the prime reason for the phenomenon of hi-peak distributing curve during nano-size panicles agglomeration, a certain extent energy fluctuating, mass consistency fluctuating, Brown and thermodynamics motions consisted in nano-size panicle suspending liquid are the important conditions which result in the phenomenon of hi-peak distributing curve;in the course of nano-size panicle agglomeration, there exists soft agglomeration and hard agglomeration.
