摘要
采用超声和回流的方法制备了油酸修饰多壁碳纳米管,并采用MPX-2000型摩擦实验机研究了油酸修饰多壁碳纳米管作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学行为。结果表明,制备的油酸修饰多壁碳纳米管具有较小的长径比,且在润滑油中具有很好的分散稳定性;油酸修饰多壁碳纳米管能有效提高基础油的减摩抗磨能力,且比硬脂酸修饰多壁碳纳米管具有更优异的减摩抗磨能力。
The multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified with oleic acid (OA) were fabricated by using ultrasonic method and refluxing method, and the friction and wear behaviors of the MWNTs modified with OA as lubricant additive were evaluated on MPX-2000 friction and wear tester. The results indicate that the MWNTs modified with OA have lesser ratio of length to diameter and better dispersed stability than the MWNTs treated with NaOH. The modified MWNTs with OA can effectively enhance the friction-reduction and anti-wear capacity of based lubricant. The MWNTs modified with OA as lubricant additive show a more excellent ability of friction-reduction and wear resistance than the MWNTs modified with stearic acid (SA).
