CCR3和CXCR4在鼻息肉组织中的表达

摘要 目的分析CCR3和CXCR4在鼻息肉组织中的表达活性及其病理意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测41例鼻息肉组织和29例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者下鼻甲黏膜中的CCR3及CXCR4表达活性,分析其与鼻息肉的病理关系。结果鼻息肉组织中CCR3和CXCR4阳性细胞数均显著高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论CCR3和CXCR4的过表达与鼻息肉的病理关系密切,拮抗剂治疗可能成为鼻息肉的新疗法。 Objective To investigate the expressive activities of CCR3 and CXCR4 in the tissues of nasal polyps and their pathological implications in this condition based on a study on a group of cases with this lesion.Methods Included in this study were 41 patients with nasal polyps and 29 controlling subjects with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, with the specimens either from the nasal polyps of observing patients or from the inferior turbinate of controlling cases determined by immunohistochemical method to detect the expressive activities of CCR3^+ cell and CXCR4^+ cell and to explore the pathological correlation of these indexes with the development of nasal polyps. Results The numbers of CCR3^+ cells and CXCR4^+ cells in the tissues of nasal polyps were significantly higher than that in the controlling specimens of inferior turbinate (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The over expressed activities of CCR3^+ and CXCR4^+ in the tissues of nasal polyp should hold a close pathological association with the development of nasal polyps, and it may be reasonable that to utilize antagonists against CCR3 and CXCR4 as a therapeutic procedure on this lesion may be a novel approach to treat nasal polyps.
