富硒蒜对Wistar雄性大鼠精子的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过低硒动物模型研究低硒及富硒蒜对雄性大鼠精子的影响。方法将30只大鼠分成3组:对照组(喂常规饲料)、低硒组(喂低硒饲料)、补硒组(喂低硒饲料加富硒蒜粉),喂养12周。实验结束时股动脉采血测血清硒(Se)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、及丙二醛(MDA)含量;处死动物后睾丸称重计算睾丸指数,测精子数量和精子活率。结果血清硒含量:3组大鼠分别为0.42±0.13、0.06±0.08、0.30±0.07 mg/L;精子数量:31.7±3.8、12.4±4.1、28.7±2.9×109;精子活率:78.35±3.23、44.63±4.40、74.45±5.62%;低硒组明显低于其他两组(P<0.01)。结论低硒能够造成大鼠精子数量减少、精子质量下降;富硒蒜具有拮抗氧化作用,能够改善低硒大鼠精子的数量及质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of selenium deficit on the spermatic production in rats. Methods Healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group fed with normal feeding, positive control group fed with low-selenium food, and interventional group fed with low-selenium diet and Se-rich garlic powder for 12 weeks. Blood samples were taken from the femoral artery and the serum levels of Se, GSH-px, SOD and MDA were measured, and the testes were weighed. Results Serum levels of selenium in the control, low-Se food, and low-Se food ± Se-rich garlic groups were 0.42 ± 0.13,0.06 ± 0.08 and 0.30 ± 0.07 mg/L, respectively. The sperm motility rates were (78.35 ± 3.23), (44.63 ± 4.40) and (74.45 ± 5.62) %, respectively. The serum selenium level and sperm motility rate in the positive group were lower than those in other two groups. Conclusion Selenium deficit decreases the vital ability of sperm, and intake of Se-rich garlic may improve the sperm production function in selenium-deficient animals.
