人用狂犬病疫苗作为狂犬病毒抗原检测阳性对照的意义

摘要 目的探讨人用狂犬病疫苗能否作为目前应用的快速诊断狂犬病毒抗原的ELISA试剂盒的阳性对照。方法在对四川省犬只唾液和脑组织进行狂犬病带毒情况的流行病学调查时,同时加用人用狂犬病疫苗作阳性对照,比较试剂盒中标准阳性对照与抗原阳性对照的差异。结果①人用狂犬病疫苗作为阳性对照的灵敏度、特异度高,为100%,诊断粗符合率和调整一致性也均为100%。②标准阳性对照和抗原阳性对照的阳性率间没有差异。结论人用狂犬病疫苗稳定性较好,可用作ELISA抗原检测试剂盒中的阳性对照。 To test whether the rabies vaccine for human use could be employed as the positive control in the rapid ELISA assay to detect rabies virus antigen, this kind of rabies vaccine was used as the positive control in a epidemiological study on the carrier status in saliva and brain tissues in Sichuan province and compared with standard positive control of ELISA assay. It Was found that the sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic agreement and consistency of test all approached up to 100% . In comparison with those of the standard positive control,no significant difference could be detected between these two kinds of positive controls. It is concluded that rabies vaccine for human use can be employed as the positive control in the rapid ELISA assay to detect rabies virus antigen.
