摘要
目的:研究自体双层大网膜重建结膜囊恢复正常眼表解剖结构和生理功能的可行性。方法:用电凝器热烧伤的方法损伤实验家兔约1/2范围的球结膜、穹窿结膜和睑结膜。第2天,于腹上中线偏左剪开约3cm长的切口,暴露胃小弯部,剪取少许大网膜放入含生理盐水的培养皿中待用。将电凝损伤坏死区的结膜分离去除,大网膜呈双层折叠式覆盖于损伤区,10-0尼龙线褥式缝合大网膜和结膜的交接部分。结果:术后12d,全部大网膜与结膜缘融合生长,眼表的解剖结构和生理功能得以逐渐恢复,角膜无明显的新生血管形成。结论:自体双层大网膜重建结膜囊是治疗睑球黏连性疾病的理想方法。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of the autogeneic double-layer epiploon for the reconstitution of the conjunetiva sea to revive the anatomic structure and physiologic function of the initial ocular surface. Methods:The bulbar eonjunetiva, fornical eonjunetiva and palpebral eonjunetiva about 1/2 range was burned by the electric eoagulator in experimental rabbits. The transplantation of greater omentum would be carried out on the second day. First of all, 3 cm approximately length incision of the deviation to left on the median line of the upper abdomen was opened before the lesser gastric curvature unmasked. A little sheared epiploon was put into the culture dish containing the normal sodium for use. Necrosis zone of the eonjuneativa was removed with the corneal scissors and covered with the double-layer epi- plooru Then, marginal part of the trimmed epiploon was mattress-sutured on the conjuncativa with the 10-0 nylon suture. Results: The marginal epiploon grew together with the limbal eonjunetiva 12 days postoperation. The structure and function of the ocular revived gradually with negligible neovaseularization on the cornea. Conclusion: It is an ideal method to reconstitute the eonjunetiva sac with the autogeneie double-layer epiploon in the treatment of symblepharon disease.
