男性上肢三大长骨最大长的回归方程

摘要 目的:探讨用上肢长骨的残骨某一项指标建立肱骨、尺骨和桡骨最大长的回归方程,推算人体身高。方法:选男性肱骨、尺骨和桡骨50例,左、右共100侧肢体。用人体测量仪器,按体质人类学测量方法进行各项指标测量,所得值经统计学分析后,分别与肱骨、尺骨和桡骨最大长建立直线回归方程。结果:经相关分析建立了肱骨最大长回归方程17个,尺骨最大长回归方程8个,桡骨最大长回归方程11个。结论:若能测得上肢长骨残骨的某一项指标,就可用所建立的回规方程推算该骨的最大长,在法医学上具有一定的参考价值。 Objective: To establish the regression equation calculating the maximum length of the humerus, ulna and radius with certain parameters using remanent parts of the long bones in the male upper limbs, by which body height may indirectly estimated. Methods: 100 humeri,ulnae and radii of both upper limbs were chosen from 50 male cadavers. By anthropometric measurement methods,a variety of parameters were measured with a measurement instrument. The values gained were analyzed statistically, by which linear regression equations were created for calculating the maximum length of the humerus, ulna and radius respectively. Results: 17 regression equations for estimation of the maximum length of humerus, 8 regression equations for ulnar length,and 11 regression equations for radius length were created by correlaion analysis. Conclusion: Using the related equation, the maximum length of the upper limb may be estimated if a certain parameter of the remanent part of the long bone can be measured, which is of significance in forensic medicine.
