乳牙釉质磷离子导入后磷元素含量的变化

摘要 目的:比较分析磷离子导入下颌乳中切J牙后,釉质中磷元素含量的变化。方法:选择5~7岁汉族儿童因乳牙滞留拔除的无龋下颌乳中切牙20颗。每颗标本从切缘中点,沿牙体长轴唇舌向对半切开,分别为实验组和对照组。采用电子探针做量分析法检测磷离子导入前后,下颌乳中切牙釉质磷元素含量的变化。结果:釉质表层下100μm内各深度磷元素含量,实验组均高于对照组;釉质表层下50μm内各深度磷元素含量增值高于100μm处。结论:对乳牙进行磷离子导入,可提高釉质表层磷元素含量,磷元素含量的增值有随釉质深度增加而减少的趋势。磷离子导入法在儿童龋病防治方面有潜在的应用价值。 Objective: To study the change of the content of phosphorus in enamel of deciduous teeth following phosphate iontophoresis. Methods: Twenty caries-free lower deciduous incisors extracted from children aged 5-7 years were used in this study. Each crown was divided labial-lingually and parallelling to axis of tooth into matched halves. One half was for the control group and the other half was for the experiment group. Electron probe microanalysis was used to analyze the change of the content of phosphorus in enamel. Results: The phosphorus content of 10μm, 20μm, 30μm, 40μm, 50μm and 100μm beneath the enamel surface was statistically higher in experiment group than that in the control group. There was statistieally difference between phosphorus content of 10μm, 20μm, 30μm, 40μm or 50μm and that of 100μm beneath the enamel surface. Conclusion: Phosphate iontophoresis method can increase the content of phosphorus element of enamel in deciduous teeth. The results suggest that phosphate iontophoresis has potential application for caries prevention and therapy in children.
