组胺H3受体的研究进展

摘要 目前已发现4种组胺受体,即H1、H2、H3、H4受体;这些受体均为G蛋白偶联受体,广泛分布在中枢和周围神经系统,在一些非神经细胞上也有表达,参与机体多种生理功能的调节。早在20世纪80年代初,就有研究发现组胺可抑制大鼠的大脑皮层自身组胺的合成和释放,而应用H1和H2受体激动剂或拮抗剂对该现象无影响,提示新型组胺受体的存在;
