摘要
失眠症是很常见的疾病,需要综合性的治疗方法,非药物治疗是其中重要的方法之一。睡眠卫生教育是各种非药物治疗的基础,涉及生活方式和环境因素;中国传统医学疗法可以达到较好的效果,而且简便、经济、安全,包括很多种方法;失眠者必须重视心理治疗,疏泄焦虑有助于恢复正常睡眠。针对不同失眠者的具体情况,采用个体化的综合治疗方案,才能真正有效治愈失眠。
Non-drug treatment is an important therapy for insomnia, which is one of the commonest problems and requires combined therapy. Sleep health education is primary in all kinds of non-drug treatments, and is related to life style and environment. Being convenient, cheap and safety, therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for insomnia has many methods and could achieve better effects. Psychotherapy must be emphasized in sleep disorder and anxiety catharsis is helpful for sleep. Insomnia will generally clear up with the individualized treatment according to the condition of patients.
