推拿结合耳穴加锻炼治疗颈背肌筋膜炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of tuina,ear acupoint and functional exercise for treating nape myofascitis

目的探讨推拿结合耳穴贴压配合功能锻炼治疗颈背肌筋膜炎的疗效。方法将85例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用推拿手法结合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组应用膏药敷贴治疗,两组均配合功能锻炼,每周治疗3次,6次为1个疗程。结果治疗组42例,显效18例,有效9例,显效率73.80%,总有效率95.23%;对照组43例,其中治愈1例,显效13例,有效21例,显效率32.56%,总有效率81.40%。,两组疗效经统计学处理,P<0.01,有非常显著性差异,说明观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论本疗法具有良好的临床疗效,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of tuina, ear acupoint and functional exercise for treating nape myofascitis. Methods Eighty-five patients were randomly allocated to treatment group （42 treated by tuina, ear acupoint and functional exercise） and control group （43 treated by sticking plaster and functional exerxise）. All patients were treated 3 times each week, and 6 times of treatments as one course. Results The marked effectiveness rate, and effective rate were 73.80 % and 95.23 % respectively in the treated group, and 32.56% and 81.40% respectively, in the control group. Statistical analysis showed a very significant difference in curative effect between two groups （ P 〈 0. 01） , indicating that the effect was significantly better in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion Because of good effectiveness in clinic and safty, this treatment warrants to beused widely.
