摘要
[目的]观察外源性骨诱导生长因子对骨质疏松性骨折的治疗效果,为临床治疗提供可行性途径和方法。[方法]选择2002年2月~2005年5月60例骨质疏松性骨折患者,随机分成试验组和对照组各30例。术后试验组肌注骨肽4ml,每日1次,15d为1疗程,间隔15d进行第2个疗程。对照组不用药,作为空白对照。治疗2个月检测2组骨代谢生化指标。术后分别在2、4、6个月行放射学检查观察骨折愈合情况。[结果]放射学检查显示,术后4个月,试验组与对照组骨折愈合率分别占93%~67%,两者有显著性差异,P〈0.05。骨代谢指标显示,试验组血清骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PICP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平较对照组显著增高(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。[结论]补充外源性骨诱导生长因子可有效纠正骨质疏松状态下骨诱导生长因子的缺乏状态,能够加强成骨代谢,促进骨诱导,是治疗骨质疏松性骨折的有效途径和方法。
[ Objective] To observe the curative effect of eetogenie bone inductive factor in treating osteoporotie frature, and provide feasibility pathway and method for clinical treatment. [ Method] Sixty eases of osteoporotie fracture from Febuary 2002 to May 2005 were randomly divided into experimental group (30 eases) and eontrol group (30 eases). The experimental group were given 4 ml osteotide a day by intramuscular injection, and 15 days were a course of treatment. The second course of treatment went on after 15 days later when the first course ended. At the same time, no any medicine was given to the eontrol group. The biochemical indicators were detected 2 months later. And after 2,4 and 6 months the union of fracture was observed through radiology. [ Result] Four months after operation, radiology examination showed that the rate of union of fracture was 93% and 67% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Bone metabolism index show that the experimental group's levels of blood-serum bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) ,Ⅰ-type preeollagen earboxy terminus peptide(PICP) and bone glaprotein (BGP) were higher than control group's ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] The deficiency state of eetogenie bone inductive factor because of osteoporosis can be corrected by giving eetogenie ones. It can accelerate bone formation metabolism, promote bone induction. Therefore, it was one of the effectively therapeutic method for osteoporotie fracture.
