摘要 [目的]探讨动力加压髋螺钉(DHS)在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用,以提高治疗效果,减少并发症。[方法]2002年5月~2006年2月,应用DHS并按“尖顶距”原理置放头钉位置治疗股骨粗隆间骨折36例。[结果]36例经12。30个月,平均15个月随访,按Sanders髋关节临床功能评分:优23例,良9例,可3例,差1例。优良率88.9%。[结论]应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,并按“尖顶距”原理置放头钉,固定可靠,若病例选择及操作得当,能有效减少头钉切出等并发症,可以达到理想效果。
