摘要
介绍了传输线阻抗匹配的数学物理模型,其中包括微带多容性负载的阻抗匹配模型,并给出了相应模型的阻抗计算公式。提出了一种新颖的、精确的阻抗测试方法,即用场提取的方式测试特征阻抗。文中对传输线阻抗匹配模型进行了研究,对使用计算机辅助设计技术进行特征阻抗的精确计算与实时分析。
The mathematical and physical impedance matching models for transmission line are presented in this paper, including the multi-capacitance loading model. The corresponding impedance formulas are also given. A new precise impedance computing method for impedance test, that is, the field-draw method is proposed. This paper is of great value for reference in studying impedance matching model, including precise computing and real-time analysis of impedance with CAD.
