文中设计并实现了BER编码数据的解码方案。文中通过对ASN.1描述语言的语法及BER编码方案的分析,最终给出了解码流程的设计。经过对现场采集的BER编码数据的解码测试,验证了解码方案是正确、有效的。

The decode solution based on basic encode rule is designed and implemented in this paper. Through analyzing the grammer of ASN. 1 language and the encode rule of the BER, this paper gives the design of decoding flow. Peer test indicates that the design is correct and efficient.
