摘要 新军事变革条件下引发的现代战争中,通信电源是现代通信联络中的必要环节,对此也提出了更高的要求。通信电源的不间断是实现高质量通信和现代战争取胜的决定性环节。从现代战争的实际特点出发,充分利用人力资源,设计了一种利用人体行走动能发电的装置——便携式发电背包,为实现现代条件下的不间断电源保障提供了一种新思路。 The communication power supply should be improved in the new military revolution conditions, because it is important for the modem correspondence contact. It is decisive for uninterrupted power supply (UPS) tocarry out the high quality communication and to win modem war. Based on the actual characteristics of the modem war and advantage of the human resource, a portable generate electricity bag is proposed in this paper and it is a new method for realizing the uninterrupted power supply in the modem conditions.
