不同抛光方法对钴铬合金铸件表面质量及物理性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究不同抛光方法对钴铬合金铸件表面质量及物理性能的影响。方法采用5种抛光方法抛光钴铬合金板试样,测量其表面粗糙度、硬度、弯曲强度、断裂强度和弹性模量,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果打磨后光整组试样表面粗糙度值最小(P<0.01);打磨后光整组试样的硬度较未抛光组要高(P<0.05);不同抛光方法抛光试样的弯曲强度,断裂强度与弹性模量无统计学差异。结论手工打磨后再进行光整的铸件表面粗糙度值最低,表面硬度增高;抛光方法对铸件物理性能无影响。 Objective To evaluate the effects of different polishing methods on surface qualifies and physical properties of cobalt-chromium castings.Methods Cobalt-chromium alloy specimens were polished by 5 polishing methods and measured by surface roughness, hardness, flexural strength, fracture strength and flexural modulus test. Results Specimens polished by grinding + centrifugal barrel polishing got the smoothest surface( P 〈 0.01 )and highest hardness( P 〈 0.05). There is no difference about flexural strength,fracture strength and flexural modulns among groups( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Castings polished by grinding + centrifugal barrel polishing could get the smoothest surface and highest surface hardness. The physical properties of castings wouldn' t change after being polished.
