20年来我国口腔医学学术会议论文的变化研究

Investigation of changes of articles on China national academic stomatological conferences in last two decades

目的探讨近20年我国口腔医学研究论文的发展状况。方法将1988年和2001年两届全国口腔医学学术会议论文汇编中的摘要在《中国生物医学文献数据库》、《中国期刊全文数据库》、《中文科技期刊数据库》以及"万方数据库医药子系统"4个主要中文期刊数据库中进行逐篇查阅,比较口腔基础、口腔内科、口腔外科、口腔修复、口腔正畸等各学科的论文在杂志上的发表率、发表周期,以及在各口腔医学杂志中的分布情况。结果1988年和2001年会议论文发表率分别为63.23%和62.91%,两者差异无统计学意义(P=0.945)。其中1988年尚无口腔基础论文这一项,在2001年其发表率为78.57%,高于其他各学科。口腔外科的论文发表率降低18.10%。1988年和2001年会议论文的总体发表周期由1988年的会议当年至会后5年缩短至2001年的会前1年至会后4年。1988年会议论文集中发表在7种口腔医学杂志及大学学报中,2001年会议论文分散发表在10种口腔医学杂志及大学学报中。结论全国口腔医学学术会议论文的总发表率未见明显变化,但组成结构改变,发表周期缩短1年。口腔医学的相关杂志种类增多,论文发表的集中程度降低。

Objective To explore the changes of stomatological articles in the last 20 years in China. Methods The abstracts of articles presented to China National Academic Stomatological Conferences in 1988 and 2001 （310 and 213 abstracts）were reviewed in CBM, Chinese journal full-text database, Chinese science ＆ technology journal database and Wan Fang database one by one to compare the publication rate, pubhcation period and distribution of the articles in stomatological magazines of oral preclinical medicine, oral medicine, oral maxillofacial surgery, oral prosthesis and orthodontics. Results The articles pubhcation rates were 63.23% in 1988 conferences and 62.91% in 2001 conferences, which had no obvious differences（ P = 0.945）. There was not oral prechnical medicine in 1988, but it＇ s pubhcation rate was 78. 57% in 2001, which was higher than other subjects＇. The publication rate of oral maxillofacial Surgery decreased by 18.10%. The whole publication cycle of 2001 conferences was 1 year ahead of 1988. Besides, the articles of 1988＇ s were concentratedly pubhshed in 7 kinds of stomatological magazines and the university proceedings, but the articles of 2001＇ s were dispersedly pubhshed in 10 kinds of stomatological magazines and the university proceedings. Csmchtsions The pubhcation rate of China National Academic Stomatological articles didn＇ t have obvious change, but the constitution had somewhat changed. The whole publication time cycle has moved ahead. The stomatological magazines increased in quantity and variety, and the concentrated level of the pubhshed articles decreased.
