诱导型一氧化氮合酶和环氧合酶-2在地鼠颊囊癌变中的表达及意义

摘要 [目的]研究诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide symhase,iNOS),环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2, COX-2)在地鼠颊囊肿瘤发生发展的表达和作用,探讨两者的意义和可能的相关性。[方法]利用二甲基苯并蒽(9,10- dimetbyl-1,2-beaz-anthracene,DMBA)诱导地鼠颊囊癌变,免疫组化法检测iNOS,COX-2动态表达,并对其进行分析。[结果]地鼠颊囊癌变中iNOS,COX-2阳性表达不断增加,并正相关性。[结论]iNOS和COX-2表达可能在口腔鳞癌发展中起重要作用,并起协同作用。
