摘要
ERP系统作为一种先进的管理工具,得到了越来越多企业家的重视,但这样一个先进的管理系统,却难以在广大的中小企业中普及与推广,主要原因是中小企业自身和ERP供应商两个方面存在一些问题,主要问题有对ERP系统认识不到位、内部管理跟不上、领导重视不够、企业缺乏ERP系统人才、系统价格过高、技术支持人员变动大等。我们可以通过加强学习、加强企业内部管理、争取领导的重视和支持、加强对员工素质的培养工作等措施来提高ERP系统实施效果。
As an advanced management tool, ERP system has been increasingly attracting emphasis from more and more enterprisers, however, it is hard to develop and extend, the main reasons lie both in the mini-middle enterprises themselves and the ERP suppliers. The questions of the following several respects exist mainly, i.e., not-in-place consciousness, short of the effective instruction of internal management, insufficient highlight placed by the leaders, lacking of ERP system professionals, too high price, great change of technical support employers and so forth. We can improve the implementation and effect of ERP system, by the ways such as intensifying study, strengthening the internal management enterprises, gaining support and emphasis from the leaders, increasing the qualification training of the employees.
