福建高新技术产业竞争优势多指标比较研究

Comparative study on multiple indexes of competitive advantages of high-tech industries in Fujian

综述福建高新技术产业竞争优势多指标比较研究成果,依据2003-2006年福建高新技术进出口分类的月份统计数据,采用X11方法进行季节调整。在比较产业竞争优势多种指数分析的基础上,应用EV iews4进行时间序列的回归,运用解释变量显著性和序列相关程度,说明多种指标的适用性,并分析福建高新技术产业竞争优势的影响因素。最后得出福建高新技术产业竞争优势中生物技术、计算机通讯技术较强,电子技术和计算机集成技术较弱的结论,并提出相应对策。

According to the monthly statistics data of the import and export classification of Fujian high technologies from 2003 to 2006 with the seasonal adjustment by the method of Xll, the article comprehensively describes the achievements of comparative study on multiple indexes of competitive advantages of high-tech industries in Fujian. Based on the analysis comparing the multiple indexes of industrial competitive advantages, it brings about the regression of time sequence with EViews4, expounding the significance of variables and the extent of correlation of sequence. Meanwhile it explains the applicability of multiple indexes and analyzes the factors which influence the competitive advantages of high-tech industries in Fujian. Finally it comes to the basic conclusion that it is advantages at bio-technology and computer telecommunication, but disadvantageous at electronics and computer integrated technology in Fujian, and the countermeasures are proposed respectively.
