浅议高校院(系)党总支书记的领导素质修养

高校学院(系)党总支是高校基层的政治核心,作为这个政治核心的领导者——党总支书记,在当前改革和发展的形势面前,负有新的历史使命。党总支书记的素质修养直接关系到院(系)的改革与发展。该文从新形势下高校学院(系)党总支的工作任务出发,分析了作为院(系)活动的发起者、组织者的党总支书记,要胜任这一岗位的工作,必须具备良好的领导素质并提出总支书记素质修养的途径。

General Party branch of faculty is the basic political core at colleges and universities. As a leader of this political core, general Party branch secretary shoulders new historical tasks in the current situation of reform and development, and his or her quality cultivation is directly related to the reform and development of the faculty. In this paper, based on the tasks of the general Party branch of faculty in the new times, it is analyzed that a general Party branch secretary of faculty must have excellent leadership quality and the approach for his or her quality cultivation is proposed so that a general Party branch secretary of faculty can do well on his or her responsibility as a sponsor and organizer of faculty activities.
