摘要
目的了解成都市10~12岁儿童食物喜好特征,为儿童营养干预工作提供依据。方法整群抽取成都市某小学五年级10~12岁小学生303名为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,分析其对各类食物的喜爱和厌恶特点。结果有食物喜好的儿童在90.0%以上,对蔬菜和肉类的喜好现象较明显,而对其他食物喜好不明显,蔬菜喜爱率和厌恶率分别为57.1%和64.0%,肉类分别为53.5%和22.1%;奶、蛋、豆类食物的喜爱率偏低,分别为22.1%,9.6%和0.7%;男、女生对肉、蛋及水果类的喜好差异均有统计学意义。结论多数儿童存在一些不合理的食物喜好倾向,需加以引导,帮助儿童建立良好饮食行为、促进健康。
Objective To investigate situation of food selection amng children aged 10- 12 in Chengdu so as to develop effective intervention measures for childhood nutrition. Methods By eluster sampling method, 303 pupils aged 10 - 12 from the 5th grade of a primary school in Chengdu were selected and sm'veyed ',about food preferenee with questionnaire. The extent and eharacters of tavorite or disliking foods were analyzed in groups. Results More than 90% students had food selection trend. The tendency of preference to vegetables and meats was more obvious than to other foods. For vegetables 57.1% students liked and 64.0% disliked, while for meats 53.5% liked and 22.1% disliked. However, percentage of preferenee to milk, egg or legume was 22.1%, 9.6 % and 0.7 %. Except for meats and eggs, no significant differenee of food selection was found between boys amd girls. Conclusion Most children show food seleefion trend, which doesn't benefit growth and health. Thus, effective nutrition intervention should be developed to help children form healthy diet habits.
