摘要
用不同方法测定洗衣粉中的水分含量会得出不同数值,与理论值相比均存有一定差异.除测定误差外,其主要问题是能否将洗衣粉中的结晶水全部测出.经用不同方法多次检测表明,现行工业用传统烘箱法不能完全将洗衣粉中的游离水和结晶水测定出来,运用卡尔-费休法和二甲苯蒸馏法则能将其中水分全部测出.
To measure the moisture content in a laundry detergent by different methods will result in different numerical values, which are certainly dissimilar to the theoretical value. In addition to the evaluated errors, the main problem is whether all of the crystal water in the laundry detergent can be gauged. Tests by different methods show that the free moisture and crystal wa- ter in a laundry detergent can't be absolutely measured with the traditional oven-dry method in current industry, while its moisture can be completely measured with Karl Fischer technique and the xylene distillation method.
