摘要
对门式刚架整体式梁柱节点进行低周加载试验,并按照现行规范进行常规螺栓端板连接节点足尺试验.结果表明整体式节点较常规节点刚度和承载力均有较大提高,向上承载力提高16.7%,向下承载力提高21.5%.试验也表明螺栓端板连接节点剪切变形大,试件破坏时端板翘起,柱翼缘屈服,过大的梁端位移导致试件失稳,进而失去承载力.相对而言,整体式节点对梁柱有很好的约束作用,减小了梁的变形.
The joints in an integrated beam-column structure of portal frames were experimentally investigated with low-cyclic loading. The experiment on the joints with full scale stipulated by relevant regulations and conventional bolted end-plates was conducted. The investigation result showed that both the stiffness and bearing capacity of the integral joints were greatly improved compared with those of conventional ones. The bearing capacity was increased 16. 7%, 21. 5% respectively when load got upward and downward. The experiment showed still that the shearing deformation of the joint on the bolted end-plates was so great that the end-plates buckled and the column flank yielded when the samples were destructed; excessive displacement of beam end caused the samples to lose their stability, so that further lose their bearing capacity. On the contrary, the integral joints behaved well as a constraint for the beam-columns, decreasing the beam deformation.
