Some vague understandings and mistake are anti- corrosion and cathodic protection such as＂long Lasting existed in the technology and management of Reference Electrode＂ for years. It is found through intense study that the so -called＂ Long Lasting＂ is unrealistic in view of the theory and standard. The new long lasting reference electrode CSE -x3 is the solution of this problem.
