摘要
沥青聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料是针对油田集输管线酸腐蚀穿孔而研制成功的新型防腐、保温材料。本文介绍了沥青聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的合成化学反应、制备工艺、性能指标、化学组成及原材料的选择。重点介绍了沥青聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的保温性能及其影响因素。新开发的沥青聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料不仅具有普通聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的绝热性能，而且兼具沥青的防腐蚀、抗老化、耐渗透等性能。沥青聚氨酯泡沫塑料于2001年通过国家专利局公示，专利号为：ZL-01 12528·6该成果于2002年11月1日通过中油地面工程建设权威专家组评审。
The rigid asphalt polyurethane foam plastics is a new type anti -corrosion and thermal insulation material specially against the corrosion and penetration failure in oilfield gathering pipeline. The synthetic chemical reactions, production process, performance and parameters, chemical composition and choice of the raw material are described. The thermal insulation performance of the rigid asphalt polyurethane foam plastics and influence factors are focused. Besides the thermal insulation performance of common rigid polyurethane foam plastics, the newly developed rigid asphalt polyurethane foam plastics also enjoy the advantages of the anti - corrosion, ageing resistance and permeation - proof of asphalt.
