摘要
介绍了最小均方(Least Mean Square,LMS)算法及其改进算法:变步长LMS(Varied Step Size LMS,VSSLMS)算法和稳健变步长(Robust VSSLMS,RVSSLMS)算法,并根据波束赋形算法必须具有较快的响应速度和收敛速度的要求,用Matlab重点对每个算法的稳态误差和步长变化情况进行仿真比较。仿真结果进一步证明了RVSSLMS算法具有更小的稳态误差和更快的收敛速度,更具有实用价值。
Smart antenna could adaptively track the users' signal while suppressing the interference. It could be used to improve the communication capacity and frequency reusing. So its development could bring a lot of chances to the fast developing wireless communication. As the key technique of the smart antenna, the beamforming algorithm has enjoyed wide spread popularity. In this paper, the emphasis was laid on the least mean square(LMS) algorithm and the modified algorithms (VSSLMS algorithm and RVSSLMS algorithm), and according to the requirement that the beam-forming algorithm must have fast response speed and convergence speed, their steady error and the step size were simulated using Matlab. The results verify that the RVSSLMS algorithm has less steady error, faster convergence speed and more utility value.
