文章由一组案例引发对我国网络隐私权保护的理性思考,主要探讨了网络隐私权的概念,介绍并分析了我国网络隐私权保护的现状,最后提出相关对策。
According to a group of cases, the paper begins with the rational considerations of the web privacy protection in our country, and mainly discusses the concept of web privacy protection, introduces and analyzes its current status- quo, Finally the relevant strategies and suggestions are also put forward.
