The paper introduces the concept of knowledge retrieval, agent and intelligent agent, interprets the difference between knowledge retrieval and information retrieval, and analyzes model and ways of knowledge retrieval on intelligent multiagent as well as the intelligent agent＇, collaborative obstacles.
