电子图书馆绩效评估方法

电子图书馆作为图书馆的一部分,影响和作用越来越大。本文分析了电子图书馆的特点并根据电子图书馆的特点提出了电子图书馆绩效评价的各种指标和各种指标权重的确定,初步建立了电子图书馆绩效评估的方法体系。

With the development of information technique, e - library is mere influential. In this paper, the characteristic of e - library is discussed and this thesis expects to construct a performance evaluation system for the Elibrary. The methods of calculating weights of the factors are introduced in this thesis.
