摘要
民营科技企业作为我国一只重要的经济力量,正在发挥着重要的作用。本文在论述我国民营科技企业进行二次创业的内涵及意义的同时,提出了影响民营科技企业二次创业的内部因素与外部因素。
The private - owned enterprises are playing important role in China＇s economy. This paper not only points out the meaning and sense of the re - establishing business, but also the interior and exterior factors which affect the re - establishing business.
