摘要
目的本实验研究被遮色瓷覆盖后镍铬合金在唾液中是否容易被腐蚀,不同厚度瓷层覆盖后的镍铬合金是否会影响唾液中的镍铬金属离子的含量,为金属材料在临床中的应用提供理论依据。方法以牙科铸造用镍铬合金为研究对象,将33个铸造好的镍铬合金试件,经预氧化处理后,随机选用3个试件作为对照组,其余的按照遮色瓷层的烧结厚度不同分成10个组,分别分装在33个盛有人工唾液的试剂瓶中,在37℃的恒温箱内静置90天后,测定各试剂瓶中的镍铬离子含量,同时使用SPSS12.0统计软件包对各实验组和对照组进行比较,分析其间的差别。结果1.被遮色瓷覆盖后的镍铬合金仍然有镍铬离子析出,但随着瓷层厚度的逐渐增厚,其离子含量在逐渐减小。2.各实验组镍铬离子浓度与对照组间进行比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论①被遮色瓷覆盖后的镍铬合金在人工唾液中仍然容易发生电化学腐蚀,析出金属离子。②在临床厚度范围的遮色瓷层对镍铬合金在唾液环境中不具保护性。
Objective To study the corrosion of the Ni-Cr alloy in artficial saliva ,and different impact on content of Ni-Cr by covered different thickness opaque.Methods Elected 3 test pieces randomly as control group from 33 casted Ni-Cr alloy by force-oxidatecd. According to different thickness of opaque,the others were divided into ten groups of three test pieces as experimental groups.All test pieces were respect/rely put into 33 reagent bettlets contained artificial saliva at 37℃ for 90 days. The content of Ni-Cr was detected .To analyze difference among the groups with SPSS12.0 software package.Results 1. The Ni-Cr alloy covered opaque still scorified the ions of Ni-Cr.The content of Ni-Cr diminished as the poreelain thickened gradually.2, the concentrations of Ni-Cr in all experimental groups were no statistically, significant differences as compared with the control group.Conclusions ①The Ni-Cr alloy covered opaque was corroded easily in artificial saliva. ②The opaque needed thicknees in clinic cann't prevent the Ni-Cr alloy from being corroded in artificial saliva.
