黄芪多糖对糖尿病大鼠肾脏保护作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究黄芪多糖对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导产生糖尿病大鼠模型,将模型大鼠随机分为糖尿病模型组及黄芪多糖组,另设正常对照组,连续灌胃4wk。观察治疗后大鼠体重、血糖、尿微量白蛋白排出量及肾皮质Na+,K+-ATPase活性的改变。结果糖尿病组大鼠体重明显下降,血糖显著升高,尿微量白蛋白排出量增加,肾皮质Na+,K+-ATPase活性增加;黄芪多糖治疗后,体重增加,血糖降低,尿微量白蛋白排出量减少,肾皮质Na+,K+-ATPase活性增加受抑制。结论黄芪多糖对糖尿病肾脏病变有防治作用,对肾脏有保护作用。 objective To investigate the effect of astragalus polysaccharides (APs) on renal lesions in diabetic rat. Methods the rats were randomly divided into three groups:the diabetic rat model without treatment (DM) , diabetic rat model with astragalus polysaecharides treatment and the normal control, the treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Results Compared with that of control groups in diabetic group, the body weight decreased significantly, The fasting blood glucose had a remarkable increase, Alb132-MG level in urine and kidney cortex Na^+,K^+-ATPase activity increased remarkably. However, all of the indexes in astragalus polysaccharides treated group changed oppositely. Conclusions Astragalus polysaccharide has some improving effects on the kidney of diabetic rat.
