摘要 目的观察机械刺激对C型子宫内膜种植窗期胞饮突发育的影响。方法利用扫描电镜观察机械刺激C型子宫内膜10例与自然周期C型子宫内膜10例(对照组)种植窗期胞饮突的形态特征。结果在扫描电镜下:在120倍观察,C型子宫内膜表面发育较A型子宫内膜差;在2500倍下见C型子宫内膜为发育中的胞饮突,A型子宫内膜大多为完全发育胞饮突。结论1.机械刺激可促进C型子宫内膜在种植窗期腺体和胞饮突发育。2.机械刺激对于改善C型子宫内膜容受性可能是一种安全,有效的方法,临床具有一定可行性。 Objective To observe the effect of mechanical stimulation on pinopode's development of Pattern C endometrium during the implantation window, Methods Make use of scanning electron microscope to observe the morphological character of the pinopodes of the mechnically stimulating Pattern C endometrium 10 samples and 10 samples Pattern C endometrium (comprative groups) in natural cycle during the implantation period. Results Under the scanning electron microscopo:the appearance of Pattern C endometrium's development is poorer than Pattern A's by 120 times observation; Under 2500 times ,we can see the pattern C endometrium is the developing pinopodes, while, most of the Pattern A endometriums are completely developed pinopodes. Conclusions 1.Mechnical stimulation can promote the development of the pinopodes of the pattern C endometrium in the implantation window.2.The meehnical stimulation for improving the acceptability of the endometrium can be a safe and valid method, and a certain feasibility on clinical.
