PICC在胸心血管外科患者中的应用及护理 被引量：1

摘要 外周置入中心静脉导管（Peripherally inserted central catheter,PiCC）多由贵要静脉、肘正中静脉或头静脉插管，经过锁骨下静脉推进至上腔静脉的下1，3，靠近上腔静脉与右心房处，为患者提供中、长期的治疗通道。与传统的深静脉穿刺相比较，PICC置管具有创伤小、操作便捷、留管时间长和并发症少的特点瞄，胸心血管外科由于危重病人多，输入药物与泵入药物复杂、食道癌手术后营养支持以及肺癌、
