摘要
目的检测不同来源山茱萸中莫诺苷的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法，流动相：0．05％磷酸～乙腈（91：9）；柱温：25℃；流速：1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长：240nm。结果各药材莫诺苷含量在16．94-18．66mg·g^-1，其中以河南宛西山茱萸中莫诺苷含量最高。在0．25～2．0mg莫诺苷回归方程为：Y=0．5566X-0．2287（r=0．9991）。结论不同来源山茱萸中莫诺苷的含量不同。
Objective To determine the content of morroniside in the Fructus Corni of different sources. Methods The content of rnorroniside was detected with RP-HPLC 240 nm. The mobile phase was a mixed liquid with acetonitrile-0. 05M HaPO4 （91 ： 9）. Thecolurnn temperature was 25℃ and the flow rate was 1. 0mL·min^-1. Results The content of morroniside in all samples was： 16.94～18.66 mg · g^-1. The content of morroniside from Wanxi Henan was the highest. The method was linear within 0. 25～2. 0 mg, Y=0. 556 6 X-0. 228 7 （r=0. 999 1）. Conclusion The difference of the content of morroniside in all samples may be attributed to different sources.
