摘要
利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和极值法对两种同分异构体分布不同的双酚F环氧树脂/甲基四氢苯酐/DMP-30体系固化动力学进行了研究,求得了体系的固化动力学参数,并对同分异构体分布与固化特性之间的关系进行了初步讨论。结果表明,4,4′-结构含量增加时,固化体系的活化能降低。
Curing kinetics for two kinds of isomeric compound different proportion BPF-epoxy resin/MeTHPM DMP-30 system is studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and the extreme value method. Curing kinetic parameters are evaluated and the relationship between isomeric compound proportion of BPF and the curing properties are investigated. The results show that increasing 4,4′-BPF proportion makes the curing reaction activation energy decreasing.
