摘要 以高活性亲水聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯和助剂为原料制得了单组分水性聚氨酯灌浆材料。对预聚体的-NCO含量、合成温度及时间、催化剂的种类及用量等影响因素进行了研究,确定了最佳配方:预聚体合成温度为80 ̄90℃,反应时间3h,-NCO含量以3% ̄4.5%为宜。制备了一系列性能优异的水性聚氨酯灌浆材料。 A one component water-soluble polyurethane grouting material was prepared from polyether polyol of high activation, isocyanate and additives. The influence factor of the various -NCO content of prepolymer,the reaction time and temperature,the variety and mass fraction of catalyst on property of one component water-soluble polyurethane grouting material have been studied. The optimum formula is determined:the reaction temperature of prepolymer is between 80 ℃ and 90 ℃ ,and the reaction time is 3 h,-NCO content is between 3.0% and 4.5%. A series of high-performance water-soluble polyurethane grouting material were prepared.
