摘要 为了使光纤光栅传感器埋入到复合材料中,对结构进行健康监测,其基础研究尤为重要。研究了光纤光栅作为温度和应变传感器埋入到复合材料预浸料中,监测复合材料模压成型的全过程。设计了几种光纤入出口的方法,都能够很好地保护光纤在入出口处不被折断,保证了光栅在复合材料中的成活率。对埋入光纤的相容性使用有限元和实验的方法进行了研究。研究表明:埋入光纤对复合材料的力学性能影响不大。这些研究为光纤光栅在复合材料中的应用提供了前提。 The infrastructure study is very important, when optical fiber grating is embedded in composite materials for structure health monitoring. Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is used to monitor the temperature evolution and residual stress of composite laminates during the cure process. Termination and connection methods for optical fibers embedded in composite materials are developed. Ingress/egress is designed to be sufficiently robust to withstand the rigours of the composite material manufacturing process. Successful probability of smart composite materials with fiber Bragg grating is enhanced. Investigation into the influence of embedded optical fibers is performed by finite element method and experimental method. The results show that effect of embedded optical fibers is not limited. These works provide premise for application of embedded optical fibers in composite materials.
