摘要
在研究现有桩基检测理论和桩基检测手段的基础上,在LabVIEW平台上开发设计了基于瞬态机械阻抗法的桩基检测分析仪,专门用于采集、分析和存储桩基检测现场的锤击和加速度响应信号。通过与B&K2034双通道信号分析仪的分析结果对比,桩基检测分析仪不仅能够满足桩基检测人员的实际需求,而且,大大提高了桩基检测效率。该仪器界面友好、操作简单、功能丰富,可在其性能得到进一步完善之后推广使用。
A foundation pile analyzer based on instant mechanical impedance theory is developed on LabVIEW in the case of investigating the existing foundation pile testing theories and their corresponding testing methods, which is used to acquire, analyze and store the impulse exciting signal obtained by force sensor and the response signal obtained by the piezoelectric accelerometer on the spot. As is shown from the testing result of comparison between the B&K2034 and foundation pile analyzer, the foundation pile analyzer not only comes up to the applying requirement of the testing engineer but also shortens the testing and analying time. The analyzer with friendly panel, simple operation procedure and powerful analyzing function can be popularized in our country after further be improved.
