Design of contactless capacitance angle sensor based on AD7745

设计了一种完全无接触的电容式角度传感器,结构简单,电极引出线连接可靠,输出线性度高;采用AD7745结合单片机采集处理电容信号,外围电路简洁,应用方便。软件设计通过对AD7745的实时调节,在0°~90°转动时,线性输出为5mV^4.95 V,角度可准确测量到5′。

A contactless capacitance angle sensor is designed. It has a simple structure and a better linearity. AD7745 and micro control unit are used to process the capacitance signal. It makes the circuit simple and easy to application. The output voltage varies from 5 mV to 4.95 V as the angle changes from 0°to 90° The sensor precision is up to 5′.
