摘要
试验以宜昌百合的鳞茎为外植体,研究宜昌百合组织培养快繁的最佳方法。结果表明:宜昌百合鳞茎的最适诱导培养基为:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg.L-1+NAA 2.0 mg.L-1,添加20%的椰乳和0.5%的活性炭,同时可以有效地防止宜昌百合在培养时产生褐化;较适的生根培养基为:1/2MS+0.6 mg.L-1IBA+0.5%AC。该实验结果为宜昌百合的快速繁殖及工业化生产提供了理论基础和技术支持。
To develop a suitable approach for the rapid propagation of Lilium leucanthum by tissue culture, bulbs were tried as the explant. The result showed that the suitable medium for the bulb explant culture was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg·L^-1 + NAA 2.0 mg· L^-1, supplied with 20% coconut milk and 0.5% activated charcoal (AC) which prevented from browning; The suitable rooting medium was 1/2MS+ 0.6 mg·L^-1 IBA + 0.5% AC. Tissue culture of Lilium can achieve its rapid propagation, resulting in the possibility for its industrial production.
